Clients do not pay Travel Advisors/Agents directly.  Your cost will be the same or better when working with a Travel Advisor/Agent.  However, we bring better options in the way of perks, promotions and incentives which are provided to us by suppliers.  We pass on the savings and perks to clients.  If you were to book through the hotel directly you would not have access to these same benefits.  In some cases when booking through an Advisor/Agent you will be paying less than what hotels offer.  This is the same for other types of travel, not just hotels.  Think about car rentals, excursions, all-inclusive travel and cruises.  Suppliers incentivize Travel Advisors/Agents and we pass those savings on to you.  It's a win-win!
